Property Description

Ever thought about having a cozy Winter/Spring retreat in a secluded spot with peace and quiet but good wi-fi? This could be for you. Gorgeous Otisco Lake home on a dead-end quiet seasonal road available November through mid-May. This two bedroom, 1.5 bath home has a library(!), dining room, and an eat-in kitchen. It comes fully-furnished and equipped so moving in is easy. Reliable hot water heat makes the entire home comfortable. You also have access to 100' of Otisco Lake shoreline. In deep winter, the lake is great for ice fishing and for boating the rest of the year. This is a year-round home on a seasonal road so driving all the way to the home in the winter may be difficult after a snowfall but there is parking on the closest public road (Willowdale Rd) and you either walk or ride your ATV/Snowmobile. A 4WD vehicle is recommended. The home has many stairs from parking to the house, inside the house, and from the house to the lake so is not recommended for those with disabilities. Wi-fi is included. Tenant pays for gas and electric.
